Paula Paoli is a New York based artist who has studied art and music at Hunter College, RISD, and Brandeis. She has taught drawing and painting at colleges across the Northeast. She holds a degree in music and has a MFA in Painting.

Her work extends painting and sculpture through the addition of sound and video transformations. She alters images but retains recognizable loci and phrases of music to connect the work within a series.
